What is the Homeland Heroes Reward?
Our Homeland Heroes Reward gives back to those who help make our local communities a better place to live. Police and Fire personnel help keep our cities safe, Teachers help educate our children, Doctors and Nurses keep us in good health, government personnel keep our infrastructure running strong, and military at home and abroad protect our country. The Homeland Heroes Reward program can minimize the cost and stress of buying or selling a home by providing up to thousands of dollars in benefits to our local Homeland Heroes.

**Program is only available to participant's who register on our website (www.NewCastleGroup.com) prior to engaging a New Castle Group team sales associate, and must work with a participating New Castle Group team agent on the successful sale/purchase and settlement of property in Virginia in order to receive rebate. Customers are not eligible for any program incentives if they select an agent outside the Homeland Heroes network.
If you are a seller, you will receive a discount on your broker/agent's commission as a credit at closing. If you are a buyer you will receive a credit at closing or, where permissible, receive a check after closing. **Please note that this benefit is based on a 3% commission, Benefits will vary for any reductions in commissions paid.** Reward amount will be reduced with the same percentage of reduction from 3% Commission.
